Everything works perfect. It goes from cold to hot almost instantly and can switch back to cold almost as quickly. Probably one of the best purchases I’ve made all year.

I’m so thankful I found this company and made the decision to purchase the bath ball. Since using it my water no longer smells like chlorine and my hair is much softer. We even get the water from the bath ball during teeth brushing and rinsing. I can give my child a bath and feel confident knowing she’s not soaking in chemicals. Also the flexible attachment piece was a life saver due to my unique tub fixtures. That was a wonderful addition! So thankful for this product and I will be a forever customer!

I have tried a couple water pitchers wit filters, and could not longer get replacement filters for the last one.
I did not want to take on a plumbing project at this time, so this filter was perfect.
So far it works fine.

We previously had only a point of use filtration system in our kitchen. When we decided to deliver filtered water through the whole house we wanted something that had a high capacity, but that also wasn't super difficult to install. We couldn't be happier that we stumbled upon this unit as well as all of the friendly folks at aqua home. We replaced an old Whirlpool unit with this and it is working out perfectly. The old system was bulky and this is saving us a ton of space. The install was seamless and can be done in under an hour.
