Please note: When considering installation, if current under-sink plumbing is hard copper tubing the saddle valve would be used; for flex tubing, the T-valve would be required. While ordering a prompt will require that an installation valve is specified in order to progress through the order entry screen.

Ceramic Water Filter Cartridge

Water travels through a ceramic cartridge and effectively removes harmful bacteria such as E. coli, Fecal Coli form, Salmonella, Streptococcus, cysts (Cryptosporidium, Giardia), and sediment. Filtration is as low as 0.5 microns. The cartridge can be cleaned up to 30 times (about once a month).

SMART Water Filter Cartridge

Water flows through our SMART special house blend of 2 types of coconut-shell GAC (including Catalytic) with 2 types of Eagle Redox Alloys® (9500 & 6500) & anion exchange resin. This blend effectively reduces & removes heavy metals, chlorine & chloramine, pesticides & herbicides, pharmaceutical by-products & other inorganic substances such as petroleum byproducts. Ceramic and Tourmaline balls enhance the water and maintain a more alkaline pH.
Water flows through ion exchange resins, reducing heavy metals such as lead, copper, aluminum, and water hardness.
Water flows through granulated activated carbon (GAC). GAC is universally recognized and widely used as an effective adsorbent for a wide variety of organic contaminants, such as chlorine, chemicals linked to cancer (THM's, benzene) pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, volatile organic compounds (VOC's), PCB's, MTBE's and hundreds of other chemical contaminants that may be present in water causing bad taste and odors in your drinking water.
All Crystal Quest® GAC is a mixed blend of coconut shell and catalytic GAC to address chlorine, chloramines, and these byproducts.

Carbon Block Water Filter Cartridge

Water travels through a 5-micron solid carbon cartridge for removing volatile organic carbon compounds (VOC's), insecticides, pesticides, and industrial solvents and traps particles larger than 5 microns including sediment, silt, sand, and dirt.

Five Year Industry-Leading Warranty Coverage

Aqua Home Supply ("we," "our," or "us") warrants to the original purchaser ("you" or "your") of the product ("Product") that the Product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original purchaser.

What is Covered

This five-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Aqua Home Supply will, at its discretion, either repair or replace any Product found to be defective under normal use during the warranty period. The repaired or replacement Product will be covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:
1. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling or installation.
2. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
3. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or blemishes.
4. Consumable parts, such as batteries or accessories, unless otherwise stated.
5. Products with removed or altered serial numbers.
6. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
