Filtration Process
Step1: Water Softening (Optional)
- If purchased as an add-on, water travels through an ion exchange resin and brine water conditioner to address hard water issues caused by mineral content like calcium and magnesium.
- Softened water prevents staining, soap residue, and limescale buildup, prolonging the lifespan of household appliances and improving efficiency in your fluoride filtration system.
Step 2: Pre-filtration:
- Water passes through a 20” sediment cartridge to eliminate sediment, silt, sand, and dirt.

Step 3: Fluoride Removal Filter
- Water moves through the whole house fluoride filter and interacts with fluoride reducing media. This media is effective in targeting Fluoride, Lead, and Arsenic through adsorption and chemical reactions.
- The system is efficient at various pH levels and also combats lead and arsenic while preventing bacteria growth with ERA® 6500 & 9500.
Step 4: SMART Water Filter (Optional Add-On)
- Water leaves the whole house fluoride filter and travels through SMART Media to reduce heavy metals, chlorine, chloramine, pesticides, herbicides, pharmaceutical by-products, and inorganic substances like petroleum byproducts.
- Ceramic and Tourmaline balls enhance water quality and maintain a balanced pH.
Step 5: Post Filtration

- Consumable parts, such as batteries or accessories, unless otherwise stated.
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
