Crystal Quest uses the latest technologies to prevent water leaks. Products are built rugged and have been tested for dependability, but to guarantee that damage from a water leak incidences doesn’t happen, a leak detector valve must be installed.
Each product has been individually tested and has passed our quality inspections, but in the rare instance of a system failure, a leak detector valve must be installed with all of Crystal Quest under sinks, water coolers, inline and point-of-entry systems to avoid accidental water damage.
Instances of water leakage are due but not limited to the following:- Install site conditions (lack of or non-working pressure regulator, excessive water pressure, spikes in pressure, water hammering, hot or frigid temperatures, etc.).
- Installation/user negligence (replacement cartridge errors, untimely cartridge replacement, clogged cartridges, sump overtightening, sump cross-threading, damaged O-ring, physical impact, household chemical contact, etc.).
- Rare event of damage in shipping or handling.
- A leak detector valve detects a water leak within a water filter system and shuts down the water supply in order to prevent flooding. The sensor is mounted to the tubing of the system. If it detects wetness from a leak, it shuts down the water supply inlet.
A leak detector valve is a valuable tool in preventing damage that can occur in the event of leakage. Crystal Quest is not responsible for property damages due to a lack of a leak detector valve.

Five Year Industry-Leading Warranty Coverage
Aqua Home Supply ("we," "our," or "us") warrants to the original purchaser ("you" or "your") of the product ("Product") that the Product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original purchaser.
What is Covered
This five-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Aqua Home Supply will, at its discretion, either repair or replace any Product found to be defective under normal use during the warranty period. The repaired or replacement Product will be covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling or installation.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or blemishes.
- Consumable parts, such as batteries or accessories, unless otherwise stated.
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

You may be required to provide proof of purchase, such as a dated sales receipt.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AQUA HOME SUPPLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, OR ANY ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT OR PROPERTY, COST OF CAPITAL, COST OF SUBSTITUTE OR REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES, DOWNTIME, CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES, AND INJURY TO PROPERTY. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AQUA HOME SUPPLY'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

This five-year limited warranty statement constitutes the entire warranty for the Product and supersedes all other warranties and representations, whether oral or written.
