Free Replacement Parts
Every qualifying Clack, Fleck, Autotrol, Nelsen and VIQUA system from Aqua Home Supply includes our Free Replacement Parts for Life program. If a standard component wears out under normal use, call 800-374-2143 or email support@aquahomesupply.com with your order details and we'll ship the replacement at no charge. The products below are common examples of covered parts — if yours isn't shown, check what's covered and reach out anyway.
How the Free Replacement Parts for Life program works
We only carry systems built to be serviced rather than replaced, and we back that up: when you buy a qualifying whole-house filtration system, water softener, retention tank or UV system from us, the standard parts that wear are covered for as long as you own it. There is no sign-up, no membership fee and no code to enter — just contact us and we take care of it.

What's not covered
Consumables that wear on a normal maintenance cycle are not part of the program: replacement filter cartridges, UV lamps (bulbs), filtration media (resin, carbon, KDF, Birm, Katalox and similar), and digital control heads. Crystal Quest, NuvoH2O, Pentair and Waterdrop products are covered by their manufacturers' warranties instead, and their parts are available in our replacement parts collection.
How to get a replacement part
Call 800-374-2143 or email support@aquahomesupply.com. Tell us the system you bought, roughly when, and which part has failed — a photo helps. If we need to walk you through the swap, our support team will do that too. Standard 5-year warranty coverage applies separately to defects in the system itself.
