If your water is hard, then we recommend wiping down the bath ball after each use or purchasing the white bath ball for durability against your water.

Hang the Bath Ball from its cord over your bathtub faucet. As the tub is filling, water will flow through the filter and out of the bottom with oxygenated, contaminant-free filtered water.
Things to remember before using your bath ball
- Activate the Crystal Quest Bath Ball Water Filter by running hot water through the Bath Ball cartridge for 2-3 minutes. This will flush loose media fines from the bath ball cartridge. Loose media fines in a new cartridge are normal when first used. Loose media fines are not harmful.
- Cool to the desired temperature before entering the bath.
- Easily replace the filter cartridge (c) every 12-18 months depending on consumption and water conditions. Harsher water conditions will require more frequent changing of the replacement cartridge.
Crystal Quest Bath Ball Cartridge Replacement Guide
- Unscrew the Bath Ball filter (Fig 1).
- Replace the used cartridge with the new replacement cartridge (Fig 2).
- Screw the housing back together (Fig3).
- Run hot water for 2-3 minutes to flush media fines from the bath ball cartridge. Loose media fines in a new replacement disk are normal and will be flushed out when in use.
Do not use non-Crystal Quest replacement cartridges.
Do not use non-Crystal Quest parts or modify/tamper with the unit. -

Five Year Industry-Leading Warranty Coverage
Aqua Home Supply ("we," "our," or "us") warrants to the original purchaser ("you" or "your") of the product ("Product") that the Product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original purchaser.
What is Covered
This five-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Aqua Home Supply will, at its discretion, either repair or replace any Product found to be defective under normal use during the warranty period. The repaired or replacement Product will be covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling or installation.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or blemishes.
- Consumable parts, such as batteries or accessories, unless otherwise stated.
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
