Fleck 2510 AiQ Sediment Filter for Well Water
The Fleck 2510 AiQ Sediment Filter is a well water sediment filter that removes sand, silt, rust particles and cloudiness. It pairs the Pentair Fleck 2510 valve and new AiQ controller with your choice of Turbidex or Clack Filter Ag Plus, two lightweight, high-capacity filter media that filter far finer than a sand bed.
The AiQ valve flushes the captured sediment to drain on schedule, with no cartridges to replace.

How the Fleck 2510 AiQ Sediment Filter Works
- Filter: Well water flows down through the media bed, which traps sand, silt and fine particles.
- Backwash: On a set schedule, the AiQ valve reverses flow to lift the bed and flush the captured sediment to drain.
- Rinse: A fast rinse resettles the bed, then the filter returns to service.

Fleck 2510 AiQ Sediment Filter FAQ
What does a well water sediment filter remove?
Sand, silt, clay, rust flakes and other suspended particles that make well water gritty or cloudy.
Turbidex or Filter Ag Plus?
Choose Turbidex for cloudy or muddy wells with very fine silt. It filters down to 3–5 microns and holds more sediment between backwashes. Filter Ag Plus is a strong all-around choice for moderate sediment, filtering down to 5 microns.
Does my well pump need to handle the backwash?
Yes. Check the Backwash Needed column in the flow table. Your well pump must deliver at least that flow for the size you choose.
Where does it go in my system?
First in line, after the pressure tank and before any softener, iron filter, UV or RO system, so it protects everything downstream.
How often does the media need replacing?
Backwashing cleans the bed, so both media last for years. When it's time, replacement media is available.
What's the warranty?
5 years on the Fleck 2510 AiQ valve head and 10 years on the tank.
